Dr. P. Hemalatha PT., CLEC., C. F. N., co- founder and team leader, has completed her Bachelor of physiotherapy and has more than 10 years of experience in this field.She is fluent in both English and Tamil. She has a Special interest in Women’s health and related issues, and other musculoskeletal Conditions. She has trained on mulligan manual therapy, pilaties, K-taping, Pelvic floor rehabilitation, Pre and Postnatal exercise. She has completed lactation Counselor Couse at University of California and also completed Infant, young Child feeding Course. She handles classes on menstural Pain, PCOD and Sustainable menstruation methods.
